THE BACKROOMS: RETAKE
The Backrooms: Retake is my work-in-progress adaptation of The Backrooms, a concept originally commented by Black August in 2019. Spanning over centuries, this take on the base premise of The Backrooms is a character-focused "wikiesque" story told through the NODIS database. It focuses on retelling and expanding some stories from various fan-driven Backrooms adaptations, in addition to a variety of original storylines, character arcs, and narratives. "One article. One study. One team." This project uses exclusively public domain and licensed content, and is not affiliated with anyone making the Backrooms movie and web series. Any real persons or events mentioned in these articles are used strictly fictitiously, a fact which is surely obvious given the subject matter.
